Obituary for Doris Jean Bresnick

Doris Jean (Keeling) Bresnick passed away unexpectedly on January 5, 2017 at Saint Rose Siena Hospital in Henderson, Nevada with her doting husband Louie at her side. She was born on October 2, 1949 in Charleston, West Virginia, where she lived until the age of 13. She moved with her family to New Jersey, where she spent the reminder of her life. Doris worked as an administrator in many areas of the medical industry during her professional career. Her last position was as Patient Liaison and Clinical Records Assistant in the Radiation Oncology Unit at CentraState Healthcare in Freehold, New Jersey. Doris retired in 2011. She is predeceased by her two brothers, Marvin and Jeff and her sister Beverly. She is survived by her dear Mother, Iva Melkowits of Monroe, New Jersey, her devoted husband of 47 years, Louis of Brielle, New Jersey; two wonderful children, her daughter Dru Fonseca and Son-In-Law, Jonathan Fonseca of Brielle, New Jersey, and her son Joseph Bresnick and Daughter-In-Law, Christina Bresnick, of Henderson, Nevada. She was known for her extraordinary unwavering devotion to her five beloved grandchildren, Quinn Vaticano, Zoe Vaticano and Jonathan Fonseca all of Brielle, New Jersey, and Ezekiel Bresnick and Dru Bresnick of Henderson, Nevada. Doris is also survived by three sisters Patricia Loveland of Monroe, New Jersey, Martha Shalayda of East Brunswick, New Jersey and Retha Thompson of Moscow, Pennsylvania; six nieces and seven nephews and their families. Doris was a fierce Patriot who loved her country and its flag and was frequently seen wearing Red, White and Blue. She enjoyed reading, traveling, entertaining and loved to decorate her home for every holiday and season. Friends and family are invited to come celebrate Doris' life on Wednesday January 18, 2017 from 4 pm to 8 pm at the Orender Family Home for Funerals 2643 Old Bridge Road Manasquan, NJ.
