Jenelle Allison Phulchand, 36 of Jackson passed away on Friday September 1, 2017 at Southern Ocean County Medical Center, Manahawkin with her family by her side. Jen was born in Queens, NY and raised in Howell. She was a graduate of Wall High School and received her BS and Master’s in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University. Jen was employed for several years as a case manager working with children with behavioral and special need issues. She was a very kind, compassionate and caring person. Jen was a huge NY Yankees fan and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a beaming light no matter where she was.
Jen is survived by her loving parents Michael and Jenny Phulchand of Jackson, NJ; a beloved sister and brother-in-law Tricia Phulchand and Don Fuller of Jackson. She was also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins. Jen was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Richard and Ethel Young and her paternal grandmother Lucille Phulchand; an aunt, Estellene Baarda and an uncle, William “Pluke” Young.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Thursday September 7, 2017 from 4-6 pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals 2643 Old Bridge Road Manasquan, NJ. with a funeral service to begin at 5:00 pm.
